John Bennett's last book, unfinished at the time of his death. The account traces the evolution of human life according to the notion of the "intelligent guidance of history", described in detail in the fourth volume of his "The Dramatic Universe". The present book describes the development of demiurgic participation from the first appearance of life on Earth and human development as far as the great school of wisdom that arose in Central Asia between the tenth and fifteenth centuries.
