Despite the manipulation, corruption and violence, Erik and his friends manage to make O- an increasingly better company. A lot is being produced, the complex is becoming greener and the people who work there have well-paid jobs and good prospects.

Because the Gruppo still control the press and local government, they risk a new attack via the media. That too fails because O- views on production and ethics are gaining more and more support, more and more people see what is happening on the coast north of Otranto.

In their growing despair, the Gruppo turns to robbery. At the same time, corruption and unclear border divisions are increasingly trying to isolate O- with intimidation and legislation prohibiting commercial use of roads and water.

Who will emerge victorious from this bizarre arena?
