This catalogue is published in association with the exhibition Goud der Godden in the Wereldmuseum in Rotterdam.
For the exhibition shown in the catalogue, five sets of related sacred gold ornaments were displayed on specially made models.
They represent Vishnu, Goddess, King, Queen, and Princess.
All the gold pieces shown are ancient and were made to measure.
Silver and gold paraphernalia and jewelry, a gold stupa and ascetic plaques made from gold are included in this wonderful book.
