Sculptor Jos Dirix lives and works on the outskirts of the village of Neer, not far from Roermond. Behind the exterior of his typical, long-facade farmhouse lies a world steeped in his artistry; a place where he is nourished by all the unique aspects of living close to nature. Here lie the bonds between perception and imagination. In his atelier they are forged together during a creative process that produces bronzes brimming with power.
