Sir Charles Dacre, a wealthy baronet, finds himself spent and wasted by debauchery. Left a widower with three lovely teenage daughters, he seeks underground amusements in Brussels, Vienna and Paris. But Madame Josephine, whose establishment Sir Charles frequents, knows what the baronet wants.
