Ren‚ and Agatha, two determined detectives, trail Robert Illot, a serial killer who travels the highways and byways of France, suffocating his victims with a variety of objects, as the sleuths seek out and question men and women from Illot's past life in an insane asylum and race against time as the list of victims continues to grow.
