A Veil of Spears
The Night of Endless Swords saw the death of one of the Sharakhai's immortal kings and revealed that the asirim, the king's frightening immortal slaves, are in fact Çeda's ancestors. Survivors of the fabled thirteenth tribe, whose lives were bargainsed away to secure the kings' wondrous powers.
Their scattered descendants are no gathering in the desert, forming a new tribe whose very eixstence is threatened by Onur, the King of Spears, and the other kings, who will stop at nothing to utterly destory the thirteenth tribe.
As Çeda works to free the asirim and rally them to their people's defense, the Kings of Sharakhai prepare for a grand clash that may decide the fate of all.
