One thing you can start immediately on is to fix your risk factors. This means lowering your risk for heart disease and improving your circulation with a healthier lifestyle. You can't fix your genetics but improving your overall level of health is something most of us don't realize just how much we can benefit from. Many men see results from doing this alone.

I encourage you to do more of your own research. I can only talk from my personal findings and about what has worked for me.
