My secretary took home an almost finished, very important project, to do the final prep on it and a series of accidents basically destroyed all the work. When she confessed about it the next day I knew it wasn't really her fault, and most of it was backed up anyway but she was miserable about it. When I threatened to spank her I meant it as a joke but she didn't take it that way. She said she should be punished and would submit to my discipline.
