Exiled from his colleagues and traveling with his son to learn his nephew Jacen's non-Jedi approaches to the Force, Grand Master Luke leaves the Jedi Order vulnerable to its unstable members and an increasingly anti-Jedi government, a situation that is further complicated by a Knight's rare ability and a Sith plot.
