Kundalini & Kriya Yoga
Brahman means the concept of the transcendent and immanent ultimate reality, Supreme Cosmic Spirit in Hinduism. The concept is central to Hindu philosophy, especially Vedanta. Brahman is the supreme existence or absolute reality to be achieved by all the humans. Vedas inform us that Brahman is all things and all the things are Brahman. Brahman is that by knowing which everything is known.
“Kundalini & Kriya Yoga (How to know Brahman)” is a new complete, comprehensive theoretical, practical guide & work-book, which covers in detail all the eight aphorism of Patanjali Yog-Sutras: Yam, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi, Bandhas, Mudras, Granthies, Nadis, Chakras, Siddhis & Riddhis, Mantras, Yantras and the sacred technique of Kriya-Yoga.
It is probably first book which uses the concept of Brahman instead of the concept of God. The concept of God is narrow as per Old Testament and English dictionary. God doesn’t mean Brahman or Bhagwan or Paramatma or Ishwar or Allah. It actually doesn’t mean Brahma, Vishnu or Mahesh and any of their Avatara. In English there is no equivalent word for Brahman. That is why most of the spiritual books authors used the term God incorrectly. It is advisable that the readers of this book must read the chapter Ch.: 0 Brahman is the Only Reality else is its Manifestation first at least two times and then proceed further. Only then they will understand what Brahman is?
The most of the books available on this subject are neither according to the scriptures, nor concise and nor comprehensive. “Kundalini & Kriya Yoga (How to know Brahman)” covers both theoretical and practical knowledge in the search of Brahman. It is the journey of soul back to Brahman. It is based upon the Holy Scriptures and the direct experiences of realized saints. All the saints have their variety of subtle divine experiences of awakening of Kundalini.
