A British Spy and Soldier is sent to Kenya to look for a Rwandan dissident Felicien Kabuga and also to work undercover in the commonwealth program in Kenya. His wife dies in the 1998 Nairobi bomb blast and his twelve year old daughter gets lost.

He is later transfered to Australia to train a commando unit. While at work he is informed of a hijacked British airline plane and requested to make sure the passengers are safe. He later catches up with the hijacker, a girl and he finally finds out the girl was his lost daughter.
